To strengthen teamwork and clarify the direction for achieving annual goals, Yonyou Malaysia recently organized a themed team-building activity for all employees and held a concurrent fourth-quarter review meeting. The two activities, conducted in tandem, not only deepened employee trust and built synergy through interaction, but also clarified the path forward through strategic review, injecting strong momentum into achieving annual goals.

At the meeting, Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, first expressed his sincere gratitude to all employees, affirmed the hard work of the team in the first three quarters, and firmly called on everyone to continue to maintain the cohesion of “thinking and working in one direction”, not only to successfully achieve this year’s goals, but also to set a higher ambition of “striving for two consecutive years of performance”, and to reach new heights with greater enthusiasm and more practical actions!

To further strengthen our collective strength for the sprint, the company meticulously planned a team-building event themed “Working Together to Overcome Challenges.” Employees from all departments transformed their collaborative rapport into practical skills for “jointly overcoming challenges.” This team-building event, in conjunction with the sprint meeting, served as a practical stepping stone following strategic deployment and rekindled employee morale, strengthening the team’s foundation for the subsequent sprint toward our goals.
