On June 30, the Roadmap towards Industrial Revolution 4.0 on Digitalise Your Manufacturing Processes Live Webinar hosted by the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers (FMM) in partnership with yonyou Malaysia was grandly held.

Industrial revolution 4.0(IR4.0) is not a new term in Malaysia. Reimagining businesses through digital transformation was increasingly becoming a manufacturer imperative, but COVID-19 has brought in urgency and accelerated the process. By applying digital transformation in manufacturing, companies may change to expand production, increase productivity, and improve existing limitations. At the same time, it can also help reduce costs, including operating costs and capital costs, and help improve competitiveness.

The webinar was honored to have the participation of Mr. Roy Hu, the Director of Huawei Cloud Malaysia, Mr. Justin Tan, the Solution Director of China Mobile International Malaysia, and Mr. Alvis Ho, the Sales Manager of Yonyou Malaysia as one of the keynote speakers.

Mr. Alvis Ho from yonyou Malaysia shared about the current challenges faced by the majority of manufacturers in Malaysia on the Live Webinar. Besides that, he also shared some successful case studies where how yonyou play a major role in assisting manufacturers to embark on the smart manufacturing journey.

Mr. Roy Hu from Huawei Cloud Malaysia shared about 10 Huawei Global Industry Vision (GIV) trends toward 2025, which including living with bots, working with bots, 5 D rapid rollout and etc. 

Mr. Justin Tan, the Solution Director from CMI shared about their China Mobile International One Stop Solution from Cloud Services to the Internet of Things which can assist manufacturers along the journey of IR4.0.
