
Recently,Yonyou Malaysia conducted three days of specialized product training for a group of local partners. Through a diverse teaching model, the training helped partners gain a comprehensive understanding of how to apply Yonyou’s digital products, laying a solid foundation for both parties to deepen collaboration and jointly promote digital transformation in Malaysia.
近日,用友马来西亚面向一众本地合作伙伴,开展为期三天的产品专项培训。通过多元化教学模式,帮助合作伙伴全方位掌握用友数字化产品的应用方法,为双方深化协作、共推马来西亚本土数字化转型筑牢服务基础。

Yonyou Malaysia General Manager Simon Chen stated that this training aims to help local partners “understand products, provide excellent services, and create value.” Going forward, we will continue to deepen collaboration with local partners through customized training and on-site technical support, empowering them with high-quality digital products and services, and jointly helping more local Malaysian companies reduce costs, increase efficiency, and achieve high-quality development.

This training closely focused on the actual business needs of partners, innovatively utilizing a diverse approach combining theoretical explanations, practical demonstrations, group presentations, and interactive Q&A sessions. Through systematic instruction and targeted guidance, the training not only helped partners gain a deep understanding of product application logic and address practical customer service pain points, but also provided customized solutions tailored to local market characteristics, comprehensively strengthening partners’ product service capabilities and customer empowerment.
本次培训紧密围绕合作伙伴实际业务需求,创新采用 “理论讲解 + 实操演示 + 小组展示 + 答疑互动” 的多元化组合模式。通过系统教学与针对性指导,既助力合作伙伴深度掌握产品应用逻辑,破解其服务客户时面临的实际痛点,也结合本地市场特性提供定制化解决方案支持,全方位强化合作伙伴的产品服务能力与客户赋能水平。
During the three-day training, participating partner trainees actively participated in the interactive activities. Many participants commented, “The training content is tailored to the actual needs of our customers. From product operation to scenario applications, it is thoroughly explained, providing a clear path for us to improve our service capabilities and promote future collaborations.”
