On 30 October 2026, the fifth edition of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) Empowerment Seminar, titled “Digital Intelligence Transformation: Experiencing the Practical Applications of AI in Enterprises”, was held at Element Kuala Lumpur.

Organised by the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) and undertaken by Yonyou Malaysia, a council member of CECCM, the seminar was attended by Ms. Geng Hao, Vice President of CECCM; Mr. Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, and Ms. Cao Lu, Overseas Customer Success Business Director of Yonyou Network; as well as representatives from CECCM member companies and the wider business community.

The seminar focused on the practical application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across different business functions, providing participants with insights into how intelligent technologies can be integrated into daily business operations and support enterprise digital transformation.

2026年10月30日，马来西亚中资企业总商会（CECCM）赋能讲座2026第五期——“数智跃迁：AI赋能企业落地实践体验” 于吉隆坡 Element Kuala Lumpur 举行。

本次活动由马来西亚中资企业总商会（CECCM）主办、理事单位用友马来西亚（Yonyou Malaysia）承办。出席嘉宾包括总商会副会长耿昊女士、理事单位代表，用友马来西亚总经理陈甍先生、用友网络YS海外客户成功业务总监曹璐女士，以及会员企业代表和业界人士。

活动聚焦人工智能（AI）在不同业务领域的实际应用，通过专家分享与现场体验，帮助企业进一步了解如何将智能技术融入日常业务运营，推动企业数智化转型。

The seminar began with an address by Mr. Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, who shared his perspectives on the importance of digital intelligence transformation and the growing role of AI in shaping the future of enterprise operations.

Following the address, Ms. Cao Lu, Overseas Customer Success Business Director of Yonyou Network, delivered an expert sharing session titled “YonSuite Enterprise AI, Empowering AI-Driven Enterprises”. Her presentation explored the differences between personal AI assistants and enterprise-level AI solutions, highlighting the importance of data security, access permissions, workflow integration and process traceability when implementing AI in business environments.

She also introduced the concept of Business & AI-Native Integration, explaining how AI capabilities can be deeply integrated into enterprise systems rather than relying on separate AI tools connected through external interfaces. This approach allows AI to work more closely with existing business data and processes, supporting more connected and efficient enterprise operations.

随后，用友网络YS海外客户成功业务总监曹璐女士带来主题分享，介绍用友YonSuite Enterprise AI如何赋能企业智能化发展。分享内容围绕个人AI助手与企业级数智员工的区别展开，并进一步探讨企业在应用AI过程中需要关注的数据安全、权限管理、业务流程整合及过程追溯等关键议题。

曹璐女士也介绍了业务与智能原生一体化的理念，说明AI如何与企业现有业务系统及数据深度融合，而非单纯依赖外部工具或插件进行连接，让AI能够更紧密地融入企业业务流程，为企业运营提供支持。

During the sharing session, participants were introduced to various AI-powered business applications within Yonyou’s YonSuite Enterprise AI ecosystem.

The presentation covered different business functions, including finance, human resources, marketing, procurement, supply chain and manufacturing. Examples of intelligent agents, such as expense management assistants, intelligent recruitment assistants, sales assistants and inventory health advisors, demonstrated how AI can support specific tasks across different departments.

In addition, Ms. Cao Lu introduced YonWork, Yonyou’s Enterprise AI Workspace, which provides users with a unified AI working environment across different devices and platforms. The sharing highlighted how enterprise AI can go beyond assisting individuals with simple tasks and become part of broader organisational workflows.

在专家分享环节中，来宾进一步了解了用友YonSuite Enterprise AI生态体系在不同业务领域的应用。

分享涵盖财务、人力资源、营销、采购、供应链及制造等多个业务领域，并通过不同的智能体应用案例，展示AI如何协助企业处理各类业务任务。例如，智能费用管理助手、智能招聘助手、销售助手及库存健康顾问等应用，体现了AI在不同部门及工作场景中的应用潜力。

此外，曹璐女士也介绍了用友自主研发的 YonWork企业级AI工作空间，让来宾了解如何通过统一的AI工作环境，与不同的智能应用进行互动。企业级AI不仅能够协助员工完成日常任务，也能进一步融入组织的业务流程，支持企业提升整体运营能力。

To provide participants with a closer understanding of AI in practice, Yonyou Malaysia arranged a hands-on experience session featuring YonWork.

During the session, participants were invited to interact directly with YonWork AI by entering their own questions and exploring the responses generated by the platform. This open-ended interaction allowed them to experience how YonWork responds to different enquiries and gain a better understanding of its capabilities through direct engagement.

Yonyou Malaysia’s team members were also present throughout the session to guide participants through the operational steps, explain the platform’s functions and address any questions they encountered. Through this interactive experience, participants had the opportunity to explore YonWork firsthand and better understand how AI-powered tools can support their daily work.

为了让来宾更深入了解AI技术的实际应用，用友马来西亚特别安排了YonWork现场实操体验环节，让参与者亲自探索平台的功能与操作方式。

在此环节中，来宾可以直接向YonWork AI输入不同的问题，并通过平台生成的回答，体验AI如何理解及回应不同需求。这种开放式的互动方式，让参与者不再只是通过讲解了解AI，而是能够亲自与平台互动，进一步认识YonWork的应用能力。

与此同时，用友马来西亚的助教们也在现场提供操作指导，向来宾讲解平台的使用步骤、介绍相关功能，并协助解答操作过程中遇到的问题。通过亲身体验与现场交流，参与者得以更直观地了解YonWork，以及AI工具在日常工作中的应用方式。

Throughout the event, participants also had opportunities to exchange ideas and engage with one another on the practical applications of AI in business operations. Mr. Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, and Ms. Cao Lu, Overseas Customer Success Business Director of Yonyou Network, also engaged in discussions with Ms. Geng Hao, Vice President of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM), reflecting the interaction between Yonyou Malaysia and the business community during the seminar.

Through this seminar, Yonyou Malaysia brought together expert insights, business application sharing and hands-on experience to help participants gain a better understanding of enterprise AI and its potential in supporting business operations.
