Yonyou Malaysia successfully concluded the Global Engagement Management Certification (GEMC) Training and Interactive Exchange on 22–23 July 2026 at the Yonyou Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Office, bringing together partners for two days of professional training, practical knowledge sharing, and interactive discussions focused on strengthening project delivery excellence.

The programme began with the Golden Seeds Training, which covered the core stages of project implementation, including Successful Project Planning, Delivery Solutions, Project Deployment, and Project Completion. Through structured learning and practical methodologies, the training provided partners with standardized implementation approaches and best practices to support high-quality project delivery.

As part of the interactive exchange sessions, Henry Shi, Senior Manager, YonSuite Delivery & Operations, and Chen Zhi Liang, YonSuite Delivery & Operations Consultant, shared practical insights on implementation methodology, the Yonyou Enterprise Management (YEM) platform, and AI tools. The sessions encouraged open discussions on project delivery challenges, quality management, timelines, resource coordination, and implementation best practices, creating valuable opportunities for knowledge sharing between Yonyou experts and partners.

The programme concluded with a YonWork Practical Scenario Demonstration and Enablement session presented by Electra Cao, YonSuite Customer Success Director for Overseas Business. Through practical business scenarios, the session demonstrated how intelligent tools can support project implementation and enhance delivery efficiency.

As part of the training preparation, partners were encouraged to complete the project initiation process in the YEM system, enabling participants to better connect the training content with standardized project management workflows and implementation practices.
