Drawing on Yonyou’s practical experience in serving thousands of overseas-expanding enterprises, Simon Chen, General Manager of Yonyou Malaysia, stated that the core proposition for Chinese enterprises going global lies in achieving the organic unity of “local deep cultivation” and “global layout”. As a key pillar, digitalization runs through the entire process of enterprises’ overseas expansion — from compliance management and financial integration to supply chain collaboration. It can not only help enterprises overcome geographical and policy barriers, but also accurately match local market needs, reducing costs and improving efficiency in cross-cultural cooperation. He specifically mentioned that Yonyou has deeply rooted in the Malaysian market and established a professional local service team. Leveraging its global resources and digital service capabilities, Yonyou provides tailored solutions supporting to multiple languages, multiple currencies and local regulatory requirements. This not only helps Chinese enterprises gain a foothold locally, but also builds a digital bridge for two-way cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises — an important measure for Yonyou’s layout in the Southeast Asian market and a profound response to the trend of Chinese enterprises going global.
