23 April 2026 — Yonyou Malaysia conducted a session on “YonSuite Customer Success System Rollout and System Demonstration,” bringing together partners to explore the next stage of AI-driven customer success and digital transformation.
As a key highlight, the session introduced Yonyou’s 2026 Distribution Partner Customer Success System, designed to empower partners to transition from a traditional delivery-driven approach to a customer success and operations-driven business model. The system integrates cloud technology, AI capabilities, and data-driven insights to support partners in managing the full customer lifecycle and delivering continuous value.

Cao Lu, Customer Success Overseas Business Director of YonSuite, presented the overall framework of the system and demonstrated how to manage and monitor customers and projects through the integrated project management platform. During her presentation, she also outlined key components of the YonSuite Customer Success System, including the importance of standardized implementation methodologies, customer lifecycle management, and the role of AI-driven tools in enhancing operational efficiency. In addition, Ma Lina, Deputy General Manager of Aileilante Software, shared a successful case in the agricultural and food sector, illustrating how YonSuite supports enterprises in achieving integrated operations, cost control, and data-driven management.
