On January 23, 2026, the 2025 Annual General Meeting and Council Election of the China Enterprises Chamber of Commerce in Malaysia (CECCM) was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur, accompanied by the annual dinner. The event was honored with a congratulatory letter from the Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Sri Anwar, and attended by key dignitaries including the Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia, H.E. Ouyang Yujing, the Malaysian Minister of Transport, Anthony Loke, and the Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Tiong King Sing. More than 600 representatives from government agencies, associations, media, and CECCM member companies gathered for the event.

2026年1月23日，马来西亚中资企业总商会2025年会员大会暨理事会改选及年会晚宴在吉隆坡盛大举行。马来西亚首相拿督斯里安华致送贺信，中国驻马来西亚大使欧阳玉靖、马来西亚交通部部长陆兆福、旅游、艺术和文化部部长张庆信等政要亲临现场，与相关政府机构代表、社团领袖、媒体人士及总商会会员代表共计600余人齐聚一堂。

In his congratulatory letter, Prime Minister Dato’ Sri Anwar highlighted CECCM’s long-standing role as a vital bridge, guiding Chinese enterprises to deeply integrate into Malaysia’s local economy, boosting market confidence, and contributing significantly to sustainable development. He encouraged the Chamber to further strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Malaysian stakeholders to achieve higher levels of mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

马来西亚首相拿督斯里安华在贺信中指出，马来西亚中资企业总商会长期以来发挥着关键桥梁纽带作用，引领中资企业深度融入本地经济发展，有效提振了市场投资信心，为马来西亚可持续发展作出突出贡献。他勉励总商会持续深化与马方各界的交流协作，推动双边实现更高水平的互利共赢。

In his speech, Chinese Ambassador Ouyang Yujing emphasized that 2025 was a key year for China-Malaysia relations, with a more stable and predictable environment for bilateral trade and investment. Both trade and investment have shown strong resilience and vitality. Particularly in the fields of green transition and digital development, cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian enterprises in areas such as renewable energy and data centers has accelerated, demonstrating great potential for future growth. He expressed hope that CECCM would continue leveraging its platform advantages to help Chinese enterprises establish deeper roots locally and empower regional development, injecting sustained momentum into high-quality China-Malaysia economic cooperation.

中国驻马大使欧阳玉靖在致辞中强调，2025年是中马关系迈向新高度的关键之年，双边经贸合作迎来更稳定、可预期的发展环境，贸易与投资展现出强劲韧性与活力。尤其在绿色转型与数字化发展两大核心领域，中马企业在新能源、数据中心等项目合作持续加速，未来发展潜力巨大。他期望总商会继续发挥平台优势，带领在马中资企业深耕本地、赋能地方发展，为中马经贸合作高质量发展注持续动力。

During the meeting, CECCM President, Mr. Ni Qingjiu, presented the 2025 work report, reviewing and summarizing the Chamber’s achievements over the past year. Following this, all members voted in accordance with CECCM’s constitution to elect the new council. Mr. Ni Qingjiu, General Manager of China Communications Construction (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd., was re-elected as President, and Yonyou Malaysia was elected as a council member. Yonyou Malaysia will participate in council activities and support China-Malaysia business exchanges and collaboration.

会上，总商会总会长倪庆久向会员通报了2025年工作报告，全面回顾并总结了总商会在过去一年的各项成果。随后，全体会员依照总商会章程，通过投票选举产生新一届理事会成员。中国交通建设（马来西亚）有限公司总经理倪庆久连任总会长，用友马来西亚当选理事会成员，将参与总商会工作，支持中马企业交流与合作。

The conference not only reviewed CECCM’s achievements over the past year but also marked the beginning of a new chapter for the newly elected council. Yonyou Malaysia will serve as a council member and actively participate in its activities.

此次大会不仅回顾了总商会过去一年的成绩，也为新一届理事会的工作开启了新的篇章。用友马来西亚将作为理事会成员，积极参与各项工作。
