On April 29, the 2026 Global Digital Economy Conference-Enterprise Digital Intelligence Innovation Forum, hosted by the Organizing Committee of the Global Digital Economy Conference, organized by the Global Digital Economy Cities Alliance and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and co-organized by Yonyou Network, was held in Beijing. Wang Wenjing, Chairman and CEO of Yonyou Network, was invited to attend and delivered a speech entitled Reshaping Enterprises with AI. Wang Wenjing pointed out that AI is an epoch-making revolutionary productivity technology and a core trend driving the progress and development of enterprises worldwide. As enterprise AI technology stacks and toolchains rapidly mature, General Artificial Intelligence (AGI) is entering a new ‘Agentic’ phase. This stage is defined by autonomous execution and intelligent decision-making, grounded in real-world scenarios, authentic data, and rigorous evaluation.

4月29日，由全球数字经济大会组委会主办，全球数字经济城市联盟、北京市经济和信息化局承办，用友网络协办的“2026全球数字经济大会——企业数智化创新论坛”在北京隆重举行。用友网络董事长兼CEO王文京受邀出席，并发表题为《驾驭AI 重塑企业》的精彩演讲。王文京指出，AI是划时代的革命性生产力技术，也是全球企业进步发展的核心潮流。当前，AI在企业级应用的技术栈、工具链发展迅猛，趋于成熟，通用人工智能（AGI）发展进入全新的基于真实场景、真实数据、真实评估的智能决策、自主执行的“能动”阶段，开始规模化进入企业工作、业务与管理活动中。所有企业都应与时俱进，跟上时代，驾驭AI，重塑企业，焕新发展。

Wang Wenjing held that AI has become the most revolutionary technological wave worldwide since the advent of computers, driving empowerment across all industries. How to drive the large-scale application of AI technologies to serve business growth and realize the effective transformation from technical capabilities to business value has become the core demand of enterprise AI adoption.

王文京认为，AI已成为自计算机诞生以来全球最具革命性的技术浪潮，加速赋能千行百业。如何推动AI技术规模化服务于企业业务发展，实现从“技术能力”向“业务价值”的有效转化，已成为企业AI应用的核心诉求。

From the perspective of global industrial practices, the technology stack and tool chain for enterprise — grade AI applications-including large models, agents, MCP & A2A, ontology, Skills, AI code, TaaS, control systems, scaffolding, dashboards and development methodologies — are advancing rapidly and maturing steadily. AGI has entered a new dynamic phase of intelligent decision-making and autonomous execution based on authentic scenarios, data and assessment, and is scaling into enterprise workflows, business operations and management practices. Enterprise practitioners are also moving from learning and experimenting with AI to mastering and harnessing AI.

从全球产业实践来看，包括大模型、智能体、MCP与A2A、本体、Skills、AI code、TaaS、驾驭系统、脚手架、驾驶舱、开发方法论等在内的AI在企业级应用的技术栈、工具链发展迅猛，趋于成熟。通用人工智能（AGI）发展进入全新的基于真实场景、真实数据、真实评估的智能决策、自主执行的“能动”阶段，开始规模化进入企业工作、业务与管理活动中。企业人员也从学习AI、尝试AI，走向驾驭AI的新阶段。

Currently, the top concern for all enterprises is how AI will reshape their operations. Wang Wenjing identified five major dimensions:

1. Transformation of decision-making: shifting from experience-driven to data-driven intelligent decision-making for greater precision and efficiency;
2. Evolution of organizational structure: moving from hierarchical management to human-machine collaboration for a flatter, more agile organization;
3. Intelligentization of products and services: delivering higher value, new experiences and continuous evolution;
4. Innovation of business models: advancing toward service-oriented models with pricing based on outcomes and value delivered;
5. Upgrade of operational models: evolving from automation to intelligence for more precise, efficient and low-cost operations.

当前，所有企业最关切的议题就是AI将对企业带来哪些方面的重塑。王文京认为主要体现在五个方面：第一，决策方式的改变，从经验驱动转向数据智能决策，使决策更精准、更高效；第二，组织形态的改变，从层级式管理走向人机协作，使组织更扁平、更敏捷；第三，产品与服务的智能化，实现高价值、新体验，持续进化；第四，商业模式的改变，向服务化发展，按结果、价值量收费；第五，运营方式的改变，从自动化迈向智能化，实现更精准、高效率、低成本的运营。

Wang Wenjing stated that supported by comprehensive advantages, Chinese enterprises are poised to take the global lead in AI application, and China’s intelligent enterprise software is well-positioned to set global benchmarks.These advantages include the large scale of users, scenarios and data represented by the number of enterprise organizations, economic size and population, an advanced digital and intelligent business environment, leading power and information infrastructure, a world-leading industrial chain for robots and intelligent hardware, superior capabilities in application innovation and engineering, parallel progress in basic model innovation, a solid foundation in mathematical education and a large talent pool for AI, the Chinese culture represented by I Ching, an ancient form of data intelligence, and the systematic and holistic way of thinking of the Chinese people, strong support from national strategies and industrial policies as well as active backing from the capital market.

王文京表示，得益于多方面的综合优势，中国企业的AI应用会走到全球前列，中国智能化企业软件有机会引领全球。这些优势包括：用户、场景、数据的规模（企业组织数量、经济体量、人口）；数智商业环境先进；电力、信息基础设施领先；机器人与智能硬件产业链全球领先；应用创新能力与工程化能力领先；基础模型创新已经开始并跑；数理教育与AI人才规模；中华文化（如易经-远古时代的数据智能）与中国人思维方式（系统、全局）；国家战略及产业政策的大力支持；以及资本市场的积极支持。

Digital intelligence is a vital initiative for innovative development among enterprises in China and worldwide, and AI serves as the key engine propelling this initiative.

数智化是当今中国及全球企业创新发展的重要工程，而AI正是推动这一工程的关键动力。

Wang Wenjing believed that AI will elevate the value hierarchy, expand the types and forms, and upgrade the business models of enterprise software. Large models, agents, ontology and Skills packages represent new forms of software in the AI era. AI not only makes software easier to use and faster to adopt, but also expands the user base of software (including AI agents) and the community of software creators (with end-user participation). Dual-mode intelligence will become the preferred model for enterprise software in the AI era. More importantly, as a revolutionary productivity tool, AI can boost efficiency by more than 10 times in software R&D, delivery and services, fostering greater prosperity in the software industry.

王文京认为，AI会推进企业软件价值层级升维、类型与形态扩张，以及商业模式的升级。大模型、智能体、本体、技能包（Skills）等，都是AI时代软件的新形态。AI不仅让软件的使用更简便、普及更迅速，还扩展了软件的用户类型（智能体）、软件创建者群体（最终用户参与创建）。“智能双模”将成为AI时代企业软件的优选模式。更重要的是，AI作为革命性的生产力工具，可为软件的研发、交付与服务带来10倍以上的效率提升，会让软件产业更加繁荣。

For enterprises, Wang Wenjing noted that digital intelligence means innovating and transforming operations through the adoption of cutting-edge digital and intelligent technologies to restructure enterprises. To achieve stronger competitive advantages, higher operational performance and more sustainable development, enterprises need to advance digital intelligence transformation for cost reduction, efficiency improvement, precision operations and risk control.

Since the start of this year, Yonyou has accelerated the launch of AI-enabled products. While advancing the rollout of AI products, Yonyou has accelerated domestic substitution and global market expansion. To date, YonBIP has replaced legacy systems from international vendors such as SAP and Oracle at more than 270 central state-owned enterprises and leading private enterprises, making Yonyou the largest domestic provider in replacing international ERP and enterprise software systems.
